Drip Restoration's content pack-out service carefully inventories, packs, transports, cleans, and stores your possessions in climate-controlled facilities while your property is being restored.
Every item is photographed, cataloged, and tracked using a detailed digital inventory system. You receive a complete list of all items, their condition, and their location. We use specialized cleaning methods for different materials — ultrasonic cleaning for hard goods, ozone treatment for smoke-affected soft goods, and document freeze-drying for important papers and photographs.

We walk through your property with you (when possible) to identify priority items, high-value belongings, and items needing special handling.

Every item is photographed and cataloged with a description and condition assessment. This detailed inventory serves as documentation for your insurance claim.

Trained packers use professional moving materials — specialized boxes, acid-free tissue, bubble wrap, and custom crating for fragile or high-value items.

Secure Transportation
Items are carefully loaded into enclosed, climate-controlled vehicles and transported to our cleaning and storage facility.

Each item is cleaned using the appropriate method for its material — ultrasonic, dry cleaning, ozone, hand washing, or document restoration.

Climate-Controlled Storage
Cleaned items are stored in our secure, climate-controlled facility with monitored access until your property is ready for move-back.

Return & Unpacking
When restoration is complete, we deliver, unpack, and place items back in your home according to your preferences.
Specialized Cleaning Methods
Ultrasonic Cleaning
High-frequency sound waves in a cleaning solution remove soot and contaminants from hard items — glasses, figurines, tools, kitchen items.
Ozone Treatment
Ozone gas penetrates soft materials (clothing, linens, upholstery) to neutralize smoke odors at the molecular level.
Document Freeze-Drying
Water-damaged documents, photos, and books are flash-frozen and then vacuum-dried, preserving the original content.
Electronics Restoration
Circuit boards and components are carefully cleaned using specialized solvents and techniques to remove corrosive soot.
Non-Salvageable Items
Not everything can be saved. Items that are too damaged for restoration are carefully documented for your insurance claim:
