Estimates & Pricing

We provide free evaluations for all restoration work. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the restoration process. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

Insurance

While we work with insurance companies on your behalf, we are not responsible for coverage decisions made by your insurance carrier. Payment for services is ultimately the responsibility of the property owner.

Limitation of Liability

Drip Restoration is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
